 Community Based Assessments and Work AdjustmentsOur staff evaluates an individual's strengths and weaknesses during a trial work period in an area of interest. This allows individuals to gain real life work experience while a member of our team is there to offer guidance and support. |  On the Job Supports - OTJS |  Mock InterviewsOur job developers help you learn how to answer difficult questions, develop interview strategies, improve your communication skills, and reduce your stress about the interview process. |

 Summer Youth ProgramSummer Youth Programs and Work Experiences are intended to be group-based and are designed to teach students and youth with disabilities vocational skills and appropriate work behaviors. |  Travel and Transportation TrainingWe work closly with local transortation services such as SARTA Proline to assist individuals who have special transportation needs. Transportation services like these are utilized when providers transport participants to and from appointments or worksites. |  Job DevelopmentJob Development is utilized to prepare and assist individuals to contact businesses, apply and interview with employers, and to secure competitive integrated employment. Job Development includes services such as, instruction and guidance about how to locate potential job opportunities (e.g., networking, use of electronic job boards, newspapers, online, and “cold” calling); development of a resume, mock application template, and cover letter; how to answer interview questions. |

WHAT IS SARTA PROLINE?
Proline is a shared-ride, origin-to-destination transportation service for individuals whose disabilities prevent them from independently utilizing SARTA’s fixed routes. Every year thousands of people with disabilities use Proline to travel to work, school, medical appointments, shopping, senior centers, libraries, parks, and hundreds of other destinations in and around Stark County. We are extremely proud of the essential role SARTA and Proline play in enabling these valued and valuable members of our community to live full, independent lives.
